Our Basis

xpand-pro training courses and services are designed to serve customers who come from a wide range of industries and backgrounds, independent of their world view.

Nevertheless, working with a multitude of trainers and customers requires a sound code of conduct, and a proper value basis within xpand-pro.

Unlike others, we prefer the foundational Christian values and virtues as a basis for our value-oriented and potential-driven business model. All our trainers try to live up to these highly explosive values to mould their own lives, leaving everyone the choice to adapt this leadership framework, as it is only the basis of our trainers’ lives, not of those of all our customers.

For xpand-pro trainers and consultants though, it is important to state that we do not follow any “modern”, “mystic” or “New Age” beliefs, but refer to the foundations of European society, dating back more than 1,500 years. These were set up initially by people like St. Benedict, and revived recently by cultural philosophers like Romano Guardini or Frances Schaeffer.
